Totally new to this blog thing!

I started the Dukan diet a few months ago but never finished it,so here I am again the second time around.I intend to show my weight loss over a period of 10 days in the attack phase(pure protein intake.)
I think I decided to start this blog after finding very little Dukan diet examples from men on the web.Most of the blogs are from women and although the principle of the diet does not differ between men and women the food intake quantity obviously does.When I first tried the Dukan diet,I was told to eat as much meat as I liked(I laughed)but it worked,I lost weight even though I was eating huge amounts of meat.So this is my diet blog for the next 10 days and for the first four days I intend to do no extra excersise,the remaining 6 I will walk 20 minutes a day.
Day 1 of the attack phase.

Breakfast
2 pieces of bacon,3 beef sausages and 1 egg(scrambled) + 1 cup of coffee(canderele)
1 pint of water
Coffee Time
1 cup of coffee(canderele)
Lunch
2 tins on tuna with 1 egg(boiled) and 2 beef sausages + 1 cup of coffee(canderele)
1 pint of water

1 cup of coffee(canderele)
Dinner
Coffee Time
1 cup of coffee(canderele)
Dinner
Half kg of beef mixed with spices
1 pint of water
